Digital Product Refund Policy

All products sold by The Clarity Shop are digital PDF guidebooks or digital PDF bundles.

After purchase, customers receive access to download their digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or download access has been provided.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for delivered digital products.

If you experience a technical issue with your download link, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The Clarity Shop reserves the right to review refund requests in cases of duplicate purchases, technical errors, or accidental orders before download access has been used.
